At 5pm sharp, our director call in every merchandiser in for a quick meeting! Before that an email has send out to inform that we have a meeting at 5pm! Well I was expecting that our director will be highlighting to us about our messed up storeroom not begin clear up! Apparently, it wasnt! Something more!
Back to 5pm sharp! Our director was highlighting that this new year we have to work closely towards the company direction! There will be some reconstruction of here and there! “Revamp of the whole structure!” this is the exact words she used! This revamp of the whole structure will allowed those “senior citizen” to move up another level instead of having stagnant job! This will involve more responsibilities, more $$$ ( wonder how much it will be) better title! Well definitely not involve ppl like me, as I “just moved in” trying to get to know my environment , my neighbour! But I still want an increment

So she was encouraging everyone to come up and talk to them if they are keen to take up more responsibilities and be the next manager or senior manager! Haha … So Who wanna be manager, please stand up! please stand up!…
